Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at our location in La Vergne, TN. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and budgeting for the department. The role involves coordinating with different departments, implementing operational strategies, and driving efficiency and productivity.

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

General Manager  

Krosswood Doors has been manufacturing and delivering doors in industry leading lead times since the early 2000s. In this role you will be primarily responsible for leading our team in La Vergne, TN to increase production efficiencies and continue the growth plan for Krosswood Doors.   

Expected Experience 

• Managing a production team in a high growth environment  
• Managing teams of 50+ with three to five direct reports 
• 5+ year's experience in production management and leadership 
• Working between multiple locations and cross functionally within the organization 
• Managing Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance KPIs and Budgets 
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for continued growth 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or related field. Relevant work experience in place of degree is acceptable.
