Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at our location in La Vergne, TN. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and budgeting for the department. The role involves coordinating with different departments, implementing operational strategies, and driving efficiency and productivity.

General Manager

Expected Experience
Managing a production team in a high growth environment
Managing teams of 50+ with three to five direct reports
5+ year's experience in production management and leadership
Working between multiple locations and cross functionally within the organization
Managing Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance KPIs and Budgets
Developing and implementing strategic plans for continued growth
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or related field. Relevant work experience in place of degree is acceptable.
