GM Sales Operations

Door Renew specializes in restoring wood and fiberglass entry doors. Our team is dedicated to refinishing front doors that have faded, peeled, or cracked, bringing them back to their original beauty and quality.

This is a full-time, on-site role as a GM Sales Operations at Door Renew's location in Fort Myers, FL. The GM Sales Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, including customer satisfaction, operations management, customer service, and sales.

• Sales and Sales Operations experience
• Strong operations management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the door restoration industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred
