Thousands of users trust our fast growing weather safety platform across school districts, cities, universities, golf courses, and other industries. We're one of the fastest growing technology companies in North Texas. How should I modify activities to prevent heat stress injuries? When can operations safely resume on the tarmac? How can I be sure my staff adheres to a weather policy?

As our Hardware Team’s Logistics Coordinator, you will play an instrumental role in Perry Weather's growth and are integral to managing the day to day operations of our Hardware Team and our Warehouse.

Your day-to-day will be a mix of managing the assembly of our proprietary hardware, managing the completion, shipping, and handling of our hardware every day, managing and troubleshooting warehouse inventory from raw components to finished goods, and providing quality control over any finished product that leaves Perry Weather.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

  • Maintain and oversee the manufacturing and assembly queue of all hardware units
  • Work with the Head of Hardware, Product Manager, and Service Coordinator to serve as Team Lead to improve and create processes that add value to Perry Weather and Customer manufacturing and installation processes

  • As Team Lead for all manufacturing processes ensure quality control, accountability, and foresight into day to day warehouse operations
  • Serve as warehouse expert on inventory, supply chain lead times, and vendor preferences and relationships
  • Stock, log, and source purchased components in a timely and expedient manner
  • Maintain the integrity of Perry Weather’s shipping and handling process, including for shipments related to hardware, sales, marketing, and human resources
  • Maintain the ability to operate between predictable and planned warehouse operations and hardware’s ad hoc and customer-determined timelines
  • At times, triage and troubleshoot shipment carrier issues
  • Manage and troubleshoot loading dock operations with office complex personnel
  • Always ensure that safety is the top priority
