We build fully autonomous digital workers that automate specific jobs end-to-end. We sell work, not software. Alice, our AI Sales Development Rep, was the first to establish the digital workers category. Less than a year after launch it generates millions in revenue and is trusted by 100s of companies like Brex, Otter AI, and Hasura.

Our startup runs a hardcore culture of relentless velocity, ownership, and pushing the boundaries. The team is full of pirates, ex-founders, and founding employees of unicorns (e.g., Brex, Tractable). We also have entrepreneurial operators from Revolut, Amazon and McKinsey.

Why Now?

At 11x, our biggest problem is that we’re growing way too fast. Our sales team has their calendars booked 2 months in advance just from inbound traffic and the growth only accelerates exponentially.

We are hiring a Head of Product to supercharge our efforts building the future of Digital Workers - expanding out portfolio and sustaining 11x's rapid growth.

Who We're Looking For

We need a relentless Product Leader with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS startups and navigating the rapid race to $50M ARR. Your mission: create and implement a scalable product strategy that tips the market in our favor. As a key team member, you’ll develop and execute a bold product strategy aligned with our aggressive business goals.

You will create a high-impact product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the product development process efficiently from ideation to launch. You’ll conduct thorough user research, gather customer feedback, and utilize data to make informed decisions. Working hand in hand with our leadership team, CEO, Engineering, and Sales, you will build out a small team to innovate and lead our product efforts from the ground up. What You'll Do

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a bold product strategy aligned with company goals
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear, high-impact product roadmap
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute product initiatives
  • Customer Focus: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
  • Product Development: Lead the development process efficiently from ideation to launch
  • Metrics and Optimization: Define key metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Team Building: Recruit and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of efficiency and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management with success in scaling companies from Series A to Series B.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills in driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer-Centric: Strong understanding of customer needs and user research Analytical: Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial: Passionate about building impactful products in a fast-paced environment
