What we are looking for:

We are looking to hire a skilled, hungry, and good-natured help desk technician to support our growing team.

What you'll be doing daily:

  • Primary role will be providing remote support to customers throughout the United States
  • Troubleshooting PC/Mac issues
  • Troubleshooting general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
  • Working with 2nd and 3rd-level support on server-related problems
  • Visiting customer sites to troubleshoot what cannot be handled remotely
  • Learning about and applying proven technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Office 365, G Suite, etc.)

Who you are:

  • Skilled at troubleshooting and fixing computer problems
  • Extremely passionate about technology. If your idea of a good time is installing a new
  • PC/Server hardware on a Friday night, then you're a perfect fit for us
  • Great communicator, good customer service skills
  • Fast learner, advanced ability to absorb and retain knowledge of new technologies
  • Take responsibility for your work and your mistakes
  • Always on time, and sometimes early because you're just cool like that

Other Details:

  • Location: Nashville, TN or surrounding areas
  • This position may require onsite time at customer locations and office time in Nashville
  • This position is full-time (Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Pacific)
  • Experience: Entry Level
  • Compensation: Based on the level of experience and skill
