Hospital Systems Analyst - Device Integration

Scope
Clinical analyst for numerous healthcare clinical applications including:
- Mobile device management (iPhone and phone application management via mobile device manager [Airwatch MDM]).
- Voalte Mobile application support.
- Voalte Nurse Call application support.
- Connexall product support.
- Rauland of Florida nurse call application support.
- Patient monitor application support (Capsule, Philips, Spacelabs)
- Device integration including IV Pumps.
- Remote temperature monitoring Temptrak application support.
- Supply Scan application support.
- Real time location services (RTLS) Centrak product and application support.
- Finding resolutions to reportable issues (Break/fix).
- Addressing hospital wide requests for supported applications.
- System maintenance: Application and server upgrades and patch updates.
- User access management.
- Helping leaders with reports and audits.
- Ensuring proper use of system, and assisting with any training or workflow needs.
- Future opportunity for Epic cross training and support after mastery of device integration systems.
- Bachelors degree required.
- No required certifications or degrees. On the job training will be provided.
- Preferred experience with customer service.
- User access management.
- Product knowledge of: Apple, Iphone, Voalte, Connexall, Nurse Call, Patient monitors.
