The Residence Inn St. Louis O'Fallon is looking for a motivated, organized Hotel Housekeeper, Guest Room Attendant, or Room Attendant to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, Guest Room Attendant, or Room Attendant, your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. The Hotel Housekeeper, Guest Room Attendant, or Room Attendant's cleaning duties include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks. If cleaning is a task that sparks joy for you and you love working with a team, we want to hear from you!

Residence Inn St. Louis-O'Fallon is located in the Metro Area of St. Louis, off Highway 64/40 at Highway K. Find us in the heart of O'Fallon, the epicenter of shopping, dining, and nightlife. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Housekeeper, Guest Room Attendant, or Room Attendant include:

  • Clean and arrange hotel rooms following our hotel’s standards before guest arrival
  • Maintain common spaces, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
  • Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
  • Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items, and any damage or repairs needed
  • Answer general questions from guests

Requirements: for the Hotel Housekeeper, Guest Room Attendant, or Room Attendant include:

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
  • Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
