HR Site Generalist

Site HR Generalist

• Assists with guiding employees through various human resource processes, leveraging systems and driving self-service to answer questions employees may have about HR policies, procedures
• Administer and maintain HR software system including employee files, and related HR documentation
• Support the onboarding process, including sending new hire tasks through HRIS and processing I-9s and E-verify
• Supports employee communications activities with recurrent and ad-hoc requirements
• Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR function
• Process unemployment claims
• Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, addressing complaints, and conducting investigations
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to influence HR initiatives and decision-making
• Create HR reports, metrics, and dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Administer Tuition Reimbursement Program
• Manage logistics for different HR related projects including vendor management, scheduling, coordination, and execution
• Support engagement activities for the different employee network groups
• Gives actionable insights to improve employee engagement, drives project initiatives and fosters a positive employee experience
• Process monthly expense reports and coordinate travel as requested
• Front desk support as scheduled.​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field of study
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Workday
• Strong analytics skills using dashboards and manipulating data.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
