Summary/Objective

As a strategic leader, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management with designated clients. The HRBP serves as a consultant to assigned clients on Human Resource related issues. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to clients and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client's financial position, its midrange plans, it culture, and its competition.

Essential Functions

  • Acts as a single point of contact for the clients and worksite employees.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes to our clients.
  • Manages complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the client and provides HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Actively identifies gaps and proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks through a designed HR audit.
  • Assist the client in bringing the best solutions for employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Assist clients in developing or implementing personnel policies or procedures.
  • Provide guidance and input on business vertical restructures workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success in training programs, and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Physical attendance is required at the worksite 3 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm.

Required Education And Experience

  • Associates degree, with 2-3 years of human resources experience.
  • Must have excellent client management and business literacy skills
  • Verbal/written communication and strong interpersonal skills are needed.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with PHR or SPHR certification.
  • 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience.
