Wage:$15.00 - $15.50 per hour depending on relevant experience.

Availability Needed: Must be available 25 to 30 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm / Monday through Friday. Schedule variations during these times are flexible! This position is onsite at our local HR office.

Position Summary

The Asante HR Internship is an assignment of 90 days - with the option to extend once for another 90 days (no more than 6 months total).

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and learn about various HR functions. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with HR professionals, provide great customer service to our employees, assist in recruitment processes, participate in employee onboarding, support HR initiatives and daily administrative tasks, along with contributing to various HR projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate as required for the position.
• For this Internship opportunity, candidates must be currently enrolled in higher educationcourses relatedto human resources, business, healthcare management, health sciences, or related field(s).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
