Position Summary: As an HVAC Installation Technician at Schraer Heating and Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of HVAC systems for our clients. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise to provide efficient and reliable HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Perform equipment startup and commissioning to ensure proper functionality
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the job site
Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each project

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification or relevant trade school training
