Information Technology Audit Manager

One of our partners, a top global financial services company, is looking to hire an IT Audit Manager to focus on data analytics and AML. This role will be hired on a hybrid basis out of Dallas, Texas OR Charlotte, NC.

What you will do:

• Creating and maintaining accurate and clear documentation, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Collaborating with team members to contribute to high-quality audit reports and communicate findings to business leaders.
• Cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assisting in managing regulatory requirements related to data accuracy and timeliness.
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and project management abilities.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or some other related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Audit, Risk, Data, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in AML data investigations within a regulated US financial institution.
• Expertise in BSA/AML risks with a solid understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in correspondent banking, corporate banking, treasury management, and capital markets.
• Previous experience in data analytics, mining, or automation.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and automation (SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, Advanced Excel).
• Advanced degree or certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA preferred.
