We are actively searching for a senior level procurement professional w/ proven experience who is highly client centric to join our global technology services team.
Responsibilities
· Manage a variety of IT Sourcing projects within Hardware, Software, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Maintenance, Managed Services, Network, Data, Desktop, and Outsourcing/Offshoring
· Communicate with key business stakeholders
· Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships
· Understand the business requirements of each deal, and shape deals and contracts to meet those requirements
· Assess savings opportunities on all projects
· Manage bids and RFXs for IT projects by use of procurement tools
· Draft contracts based on standard templates and customize terms/conditions
· Follow required processes and procedures to ensure compliance
· Provide detailed project status on all sourcing deals via procurement tools
· Partner with colleagues globally ensuring best practices
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain and/or MBA would be a plus)
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience within IT Sourcing roles
· Demonstrated sourcing and negotiation experience with major IT Suppliers
· Ability to draft complex contracts and negotiations w/ limited need for legal support
· Demonstrated experience in identifying strategic savings
· Excellent oral and written communication skills w/ the ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior clients/stakeholders
