This role provides leadership and training and development for the inside sales team in order to drive individual and team success.

Our Inside Sales Manager will oversee the inside sales team responsible for selling the company's products and services, setting and providing reporting on results, and is focused on achieving maximum profitability and growth in alignment with the company's goals and values. This role provides leadership and training and development for the inside sales team in order to drive individual and team success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the inside sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue, expand the customer base, and
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, regularly monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure sales goals are met.
- Conduct sales training sessions to equip the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed sales forecasts and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and optimize sales strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity and keep informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and using analytical data to drive sales decisions.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Some travel required.
- 3-5 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.
- 5-10 years of related job experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
- Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.
- Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
- Strong planning and organization skills are required.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
