Job Description
We are searching for an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager / Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing and growing our commercial insurance client base to ensure their assets are protected. If you have excellent customer service skills and are committed to providing clients with the best value and coverage, this is the role for you. Responsibilities
Market new business and account renewals obtaining competitive coverage/cost ratios for the clients with understanding of Market vs. Insured Exposure/Claims
Submission of renewal business to various markets and maintaining a productive relationship with multiple insurance company underwriters and staff. Working with team members to execute all renewals in a timely manner. Generation of accurate renewal submission proposals.
Manage day to day account activity including oversight and review of Resource Pro procedures and work product, issue certificate & bonds, process endorsements, run MVRs, handle Carrier Loss Control requests, and review/understand Monthly Reporting Forms and verify exposure change.
Give clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes. Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies.
Effectively manage preparation and production of all elements of presentations for client meetings and properly representing the company. Address client questions and identify next steps as appropriate.
Requirements
P&C Broker Agent License required.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Understanding of Insurance Coverage/Exposures of a Franchise Auto Dealer including Garage Liability, Auto Dealer Physical Damage, Employment Practices Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, Bonds Specific to Auto Dealers, and Errors & Omissions - F&I Department of a Franchise Auto Dealers.
