Workday Integration Architect
Responsible for designing and implementing solutions that allow Workday to communicate and integrate with various business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
This role typically requires a minimum of 5 years of technical design and workday integration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Integration Architecture:
•Creates architecture frameworks and comprehensive integration strategies to align Workday systems with organizational goals and technology standards.
•Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates, ETL tools, SQL, and database management to provide expert guidance.
•Proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Studio for custom integrations.
•Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
•Experience with API and web service design, including SOAP and RESTful services.
•Ability to create and manage complex data models and database systems.
•Knowledge of programming languages such as XML and XSLT for data transformation
Product Support:
•Manages the full lifecycle of integration projects, from initial conception through to successful deployment.
•Demonstrates experience in leading significant data integration and transformation projects.
•Oversees the design and development of custom interfaces tailored to specific business needs and workflows.
•Understanding of HR & Financial processes and critical data flows within an organization.
•Establish and maintains strong partnerships with external vendors to integrate innovative solutions into HR and Financial processes.
IT Governance / Risk framework
•Establishing and maintaining a governance structure that aligns IT strategy with business objectives.
•Informing the development and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and metrics to manage IT risks effectively.
•Implementing controls and safeguards to mitigate identified risks and regularly monitoring their effectiveness.
•Investing in continuous improvement of the IT governance framework to adapt to the evolving technological landscape and emerging threats.
•Release and Deployment - Ensure that solution design follows the established IT governance framework for deployment with required documentation.
Core Skills
-Strong project management, communication, and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-5+ years of technical design and workday integration experience.
-Focuses on improving system capabilities and optimizing business processes through strategic Workday integrations.
-Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Workday environment.
-Strong analytical abilities to understand and interpret data.
-Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information transfer.
-Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
-Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.

This opportunity is a remote with 25% travel to Orlando, FL.
