This reputable, 50+ acute-care hospital is looking to add a valued Interim Skilled Nursing Facility Consultant to their advanced healthcare team! This opening is with a 90-patient bed acute-care hospital with a 23 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The Interim Director of Skilled Nursing Facility will be joining a medical center has received several superior awards including a 2024 Best-in-State Hospitals recognized by Newsweek.
The Interim Director of Nursing - SNF, will be leading a 23-bed unit specialized for long term care. This departments consists of an attentive, around the clock staff that delivers the highest, personalized patient care. The Interim Director of Nursing will manage 50 FTEs including CNAs, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This Interim Director of Nursing Services Consultant will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be supported by unit coordinators and Charge Nurses.
An experienced Nursing Leader that has experience managing Skilled Nursing Facilities or in the Long-Term Care Environment with a California Registered Nursing License, BSN, and can-do attitude will make for quick interviews! This Director of Skilled Nursing Consultant will be responsible for operations of the department including developing policies, ensuring compliance, coordination of patient care, and upholding the highest quality of nursing standards. This Interim SNF Director will be expected to establish goals that are in line with the medical center’s overall vision and mission “to be the premier provider of medical and healthcare services.”
