The Strategy and Upstream Marketing Intern will be responsible for analyzing key metrics related to product feedback, performance, and customer feedback. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping our ongoing product strategy and driving innovation.
At the conclusion of your internship with our Upstream Strategy and Product Marketing Team, we expect you to produce a comprehensive report that demonstrates your proficiency in data analytics and your contributions to informing strategic decision-making.
You will deliver a thorough evaluation of the existing data to support product development, as well as propose a database program or software that could serve as a real-time dashboard for storing, visualizing, and analyzing data, facilitating future decision-making processes.
This position is intended to undergo on the job training as part of the learning experience associated to the internship program.

What you’ll do:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to product performance and customer feedback, along with Complaint management organization with a focus on delivering or sharing organized information with your direct manager and key stakeholders.
- Identify trends and insights to inform ongoing product strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights from various sources.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance and insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support strategic initiatives.

What you bring to the team:
Education Experience
- Should have the equivalent of a high school diploma as a minimum
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in order to share and collaborate with stakeholders
- Developing analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to use in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior coursework or experience in data analysis, statistics, or market research is a plus.
- Bachelors in data science, statistics, or business analytics, or related field or as minimum, should have been enrolled in an educational or vocational program related to alike.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Demonstrated communication skills (both written and oral)
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments. The intern should demonstrate a willingness to share ideas, offer support, and contribute to collective goals.
- Ability to understand and empathize with the needs, challenges, and perspectives of customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and project requirements.
- Skill in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams for cross collaborative success.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Confidence and clarity in delivering presentations to internal stakeholders, including executives and team members to convey key messages and recommendations.
- Gain hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting within a strategic product management perspective to understand and drive product development choice.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and mentors who are dedicated to your growth and development.
