IT Director

Calibrant Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead and oversee the company's information technology operations. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, managing IT projects and infrastructure, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's IT infrastructure strategy, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
• Manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software licenses
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, systems, and networks, implementing and maintaining effective security measures and protocols
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend solutions that align with business requirements and budgetary constraints
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for technology advancements and improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects and teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and protocols, with experience implementing effective security measures
• Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the business
