IT Project Coordinator - 80489

Hybrid in Downtown Chicago

Swoon has an exciting contract opportunity with a leading premium spirits company, who is actively seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team! You will be working within the Global Information Security Team to complete information security projects and support the program activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate information security projects and their interdependencies, managing, and utilizing resources across projects.
• Support the program management team to manage deadlines, budgets, and activities for information security projects and related activities.
• Support daily information security program management activities including project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder management.
• Support management of information security projects and operational expense budget.
• Coordinate work for information security documentation including monthly metrics, status for leadership, and contracts.
• Work with various IT teams including PMO, legal, finance, communications, and other cross functional technical teams to meet information security program objectives.
• Onboard/offboard formation security vendors and service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work with the wide range of individuals involved including IT, Finance, HR and Audit.
• Timely delivery of tasks.
• Good knowledge in handling projects - methodology and techniques.
• Experience in operations budgets, cost classification, purchase/order processes, invoicing.
• Good knowledge in contract, SOW, MSA management and negotiation.
• Prior technical experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on site three days a week.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills including PowerPoint and Excel is required.
