Inceed has partnered with a leading MRO & Industrial Distribution company to help find a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team! This person will be responsible for internally supporting our client, providing software and hardware support, and providing the first line of support.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Document and maintain IT inventory and software licenses
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience providing support in a Windows Environment
Experience providing support in a Azure Cloud Environment
Experience with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Office Application Support
Provide excellent customer service
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field
2+ years of hands on IT Support Experience
Ability to work independently or part of a team
Virtualization experience in VMWare
