Role IT System Support Analyst

Location-Swatar, Malta

Job type-Long Term Contract

  • IT Technical Support resolving End User Issues on their desktop / laptop, support for Mobile Devices (BYOD)
  • Troubleshooting and supporting/fixing application issues and interacting with application support or developers for permanent fixes
  • Be able to budget, track and control project expenditure;
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Very strong customer focus
  • Able to understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements.
  • Ability to lead technical projects involving own team, business users, and also external suppliers. Knowledge of Group Standard Project Management methodology and tools.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization and interpersonal skills. Very good writing and presentation skills to present at management level.
  • Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem solving skills. Ability to find logical solutions to problems.

  • Build of Laptops from images
  • Troubleshooting and fixing End User Issues Outlook, TEAMS and other Inhouse Applications
  • Service Now Tool and Resolving incidents
  • Experience on any one of Asset Management Tool
  • Working with Third Parties for Hardware replacements
  • Malteese Language skill is added advantage
