We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Manager ANDINA based out of our Miami Office.
Job Description
How you will contribute:
Support the budget and sales plans per distributor/area
With your manager drive the sell out and achieve net sales and EBIT targets
Build relationships with both distribution partners and the Kering Eyewear team at head office
Communicate and present brand values/positioning along with collection highlights
Support the presentation of assortment plans in order to maximize customer sell-out (category management for specific key accounts)
Support the construction of joint sales and marketing plans with chains in line with global guidelines
Regularly collect and analyze customer sell-out reports and build action plans accordingly
Visit customers to ensure merchandising standards in line with agreed plans.
In collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, support the proposal and negotiation of trade and digital marketing plans
With your manager, design the most suitable supply chain process to ensure the highest service level and order fulfillment rate, e.g. collaborative planning, VMI, etc.
Collect and manage orders in collaboration with customer service
Ensure maximum customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries
Assist the customer service and finance department with invoice, debit and credit note requests
Who you are
2+ years of experience in similar roles
Preferred industry experience: fashion and luxury, cosmetics, FMCG
Degree in Marketing or Business Management
Strong communication skills and positive attitude towards Teamwork
Strong skills in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners
Excellent analytical skills
Advanced level of Spanish
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Travel required 60%
