Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
Schedule, organize, and conduct meetings that include, but are not limited to, Coordination Meetings, Staff Meetings, Progress Meetings, Design Review Meetings, Construction Review Meetings, and Project and Program Reviews.
Support the Program Management Office (PMO) at conferences and meetings, including meeting setup and invitation, coordination, facilitation, and deliverables (graphics, audiovisual equipment, study materials, record keeping, etc.).
Perform weekly updates in the SharePoint tracker.
Provide real-time updates and/or weekly review of project milestones in the ACES-PM and TRIRIGA systems.
Perform monthly data quality review/correction in the ACES-PM and TRIRIGA systems.
Provide monthly updates of Line-Item Review slides and other presentations.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior experience with Department of Defense (DoD) Military Construction (MILCON), Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), Housing Privatization, Utilities Privatization projects or programs of comparable size, scope and complexity is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of Federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes, as well as Air Force or DoD regulations and documentation is preferred.
Successful completion of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance for a Common Access Card (CAC) is required.
Proficiency in SharePoint-based platforms/systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
