Fluency Requirement and Assessment

To qualify as a TransPerfect Connect Interpreter, you must exhibit fluency in both English and the Target language at an above-average level. Applicants will need to successfully pass a language assessment demonstrating their ability to interpret conversations consecutively with ease and accuracy.

Training and Development

Upon joining our team, all Interpreters receive free access to online E-learning modules. These resources are designed to enhance your skillset and prepare you to deliver excellent customer service. By completing these modules, Interpreters will learn to communicate information clearly and accurately while meeting all work requirements.
