Gymnastics Programs Senior Manager

This position will work closely with our Programs Director and will be in charge of overseeing our competitive gymnastics program, recreational gymnastics program, and preschool gymnastics program supervisors.

General Tasks & Responsibilities (30-40 hours/week)

• Leading, managing, and holding people accountable within their programs
• Scheduling staff, classes, and class rotations within their different programs
• Designing and implementing curricula for each large program
• Managing student life cycles enrolled in any of the large programs
• Training staff within their different programs
• Mentoring program supervisors
  
  

Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of the sport of gymnastics, have management experience (1+ years preferred), have previous gymnastics coaching experience and must be available to work 30-40 hours/week (our business days are Monday-Saturday). This is a full time position and can include coaching shifts along with managerial duties.

• Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong time-management skills, productivity-minded, able to plan ahead
• A team player who believes in our core values
• Highly accountable with the ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive mentoring relationships
• Experience in competitive gymnastics a plus (but not required)
  
  

Salary Range: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
