Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Are you an experienced Salesforce professional with a passion for designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions? Do you excel in leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning? If so, we want you to join our team as a Lead Software Engineer!

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design and Implementation:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms.

Resource Management

  • Allocate and manage resources, including internal team members and external partners.
  • Oversee the development and training of Salesforce team members.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Project Leadership

  • Lead and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other engineering teams.
  • Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the Salesforce team.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and system audits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, releases, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.

Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with Apex development, data manipulation, business rule enforcement, and Lightning Web Component development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce API and object models.
  • Exposure to the Atlassian suite is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
