It starts with our people, which is why we are in need of a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager. This individual will play an integral role in executing highly visible global milestone initiatives, including our mid-level associate conference, global sponsorship program, and first year/junior associate programs. Primary focus will be on the professional skills development for global fee-earners. This position is part of a team in growth mode, actively shaping the firm’s learning strategy and framework. This position works alongside colleagues who value your own professional development as much as the development of the professionals you support.
