The Imagine team is a growing company, and we are inviting an innovative Learning and Development Specialist to join our team! The Learning and Development Specialist will create product training and continuing education solutions for our internal employees. Our L&D Specialist is a key role that will ensure our employees receive the educational tools and training needed to succeed in their roles!

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys managing external vendor partnerships and creating training programs targeted to the adult learner for a variety of audiences. Prior vendor management experience and a background in developing training solutions is helpful for success in this role. Essential Duties

  • Be the leader for all product training and continuing education programs for internal employees
  • Implement, manage, and own the company’s external and internal online training through Learning Management System
  • Design and develop courses and training materials to be housed on company’s LMS
  • Develop onboarding training program for new employees and technical training (onsite or via web) to internal employees
  • Manage external vendor relationships and conduct ongoing license usage audits
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify training gaps and keep the training content current (on both new releases of current products and on brand new products)
  • Implement and maintain online certification courses including developing content and scripts, coordinating the video recordings, and keeping content current
  • Work with the Human Resources department to coordinate and implement employee onboarding and ongoing training courses and paths
  • Coordinate the onsite Certification training including attendee communication, marketing promotion, client registration, meals, packet distribution, etc.
  • Continually learn and implement best practices for adult learning through online research, conference attendance, and other means of staying on top of the learning industry
  • Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) to assess the effectiveness of the learning programs, including but not limited to the effects on training/how-to tickets in support and in other areas of the company
  • Internal and external promotion with Marketing team on all learning paths- external and internal
  • Coordinate internal training as needed, including setting deadlines to complete training and follow up on completion
  • Work with trainers to develop scripts, record videos, evaluate and continually improve the content on the LMS
  • Continuously anticipate, develop, implement, and communicate ways to improve the process and overall client and employee experience
  • Continually enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
  • Conduct presentations and webinars for employees and clients as needed
  • Monitor LMS email and respond to clients and employees quickly and with accuracy
  • Work closely with Client Success and Implementation teams to understand client training needs
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and/or Experience Needed

  • Associates Degree or similar experience preferred


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Mastery level knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well with clients and employees across all departments
  • Positively represent the company internally and externally always
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no direction
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated to grasp complex software and learn technical material quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to learn, utilize and maintain the LMS

Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Travel is required up to 15% of the time.
