We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist. The Leasing Specialist is responsible for effectively marketing, promoting, and leasing residential properties to prospective tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to negotiate and close leasing agreements.
Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct tours of available properties with prospective tenants to show properties
Respond promptly to enquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income and rental history.
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and prepare leasing agreements.
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and collecting security deposits and rental payments.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including rental applications, leasing agreements, and tenant communications.
Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Ability to commute and tour units to potential tenants
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
