Unit: Paraprofessional - 10 month position

Position Description

The Level 1 Buliding Technology Support Paraprofessional provides support, assistance, and trouble shoots technology in the building in conjunction with the district technology department. This includes, but is not limited to: installing, maintaining, and trouble-shooting hardware; supporting application and operating software for teachers; supporting and training building staff on the use of hardware, software, and other technology tools, knowledge of and communication of district technology initiatives to building staff.

Qualifications

Technology Paraprofessional Job Description

• H.S diploma or GED
• 2 years of technology experience providing end-user hardware and software support
• Excellent customer service support experience?
• Detail oriented individual
• Comptia A+ certification preferred.
