The Logistics Technician is responsible for supporting all Returns operations. This opportunity provides hands-on experience with inventory control, international shipping, procurement, project planning, transportation channels, computer data/system solutions, business communications and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
Put away received material to inventory, verify documentation, and record data into computer system.
Put products in assigned location, rotating stock as required.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment.
Pick and stage items onto pallets for QC inspection.
Prepare all types of packages and equipment for shipment.
Load and unload trucks while verifying shipping documents.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items for use by adjusting, repairing, or assembling them as necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
General warehouse housekeeping.
Operate forklift in a consistently safe manner.
Other duties as outlined by leadership.
