Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Long Term Care Specialist at XCLUSIVE SENIOR DAY CARE CENTER, INC. As a Long Term Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing nursing care, training, and support to elderly individuals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.
Qualifications
Long-term Care and Elder Care skills
Nursing and Healthcare experience
Training in elderly care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for the elderly
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Certification or qualification in long-term care or nursing is beneficial
