Execute preventative maintenance tasks to the specification listed on the PM task list and follow up on work orders for repairs.
Execute root cause failure analysis on equipment breakdowns.
Develop and improve the preventative maintenance plans.
Execute planned equipment rebuilds/PM activities across the department.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year mechanical equipment, components, and parts experience that includes a background in industrial mechanical machining.
Industrial Mechanical experience must include good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions; and diagnosis and troubleshooting of each in a manufacturing environment. Also, prefer welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and fabrication experience.
Operations manufacturing experience must include the operating of industrial production machinery and making minor repairs or adjustments to said machinery.
Working Environments
Primarily indoors in both a hot, humid production environment and cold,
cooler environment.
