Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with payer networks.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, and maximize reimbursement rates.
- Ensure the pharmacy's full scope of specialty and infusion pharmacy services are included in payer networks.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to target potential payers and assess the overall payor landscape.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Conduct training sessions on payor requirements and reimbursement processes.
- Strong background in specialty/infusion pharmacy sales.
- 5+ years of payer/managed care experience.
