About The Role

The Manager, Finance & Analytics will be responsible for managing all GPS financial and analytical processes, including financial forecasting, negotiation support, agency analytics support, and liaising with GoHealth Accounting and Finance teams. The individual will work closey with members of the Commercial and GoPartner Solutions (GPS) team to coordinate reports out to internal teams, including our executive team, alongside external partnerships with Health Plans and dowline partners.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with strategic partners across the business, including other Business Units and Shared Services, to plan and communicate GPS finances (forecasts, actuals, and emerging financial initiatives)
  • Support business development with GPS agencies through ideation, contracting and negotiation modeling, and operationalization collaboration
  • Evaluate business cases on financial and operational criteria to effectively prioritize
  • Collaborate in decision making with strategic partners to interpret impact of reported metrics and identify actions for improving financial health of GPS business unit
  • Support Commercial and GPS team leadership in team development, strategic insight development, and other responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand key trends, industry standards, and best practices in upline and downline MA brokerage to support strategic GPS insights
  • Construct leadership facing presentations, financial models, and core insights to drive GPS business unit growth

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Required: Minimum two (2) years experience in relevant functional areas, including FP&A, reporting and analytics, partnership channel strategy, and/or account management
  • Preferred: Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare or insurance brokerage-specific industry areas
  • Excellent financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling skills; robust analytical toolkit and mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills, and ability to influence business decisions with strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships to execute in highly matrixed cross-functional corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; high internal motor and able to act with a high level of independence
  • Demonstrated interest, and building understanding, of the broader healthcare industry
  • Ability to own processes and work products autonomously to execute against key goals
  • Deeply inquisitive with creative problem-solving skills that can be applied to complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and processes to assess customer impact and drive creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with particular focus in Excel) with the ability to communicate effectively through those tools
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Tableau (and/or other reporting and data visualization tools)
