What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for several key accounts, guiding clients through their advertising strategy and influencing growth. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their marketing and business objectives.
  • Strategic Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of client goals, KPIs, and marketing strategies. Analyze the impact of video campaigns on client business, considering interactions with other marketing channels to provide insights that optimize performance.
  • Media Coordination: Pitch in on media-related tasks as necessary, acting as the liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all parties involved in campaign execution.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the client’s campaign, from creative development and media planning to strategic optimization and budget assessment. Ensure campaigns are executed effectively, meeting client goals and maximizing ROI.
  • Client Presentations: Lead client meetings and deliver insightful presentations via phone, web, and in-person, providing updates on campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and answering client queries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery, adjusting strategies as needed to align with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Team Support: Support the Client Strategy team’s initiatives, contributing to the development of strategies that enhance client service and campaign success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, marketing, or finance role, ideally within a startup, tech company, consultancy, or agency environment. Experience in media, advertising, or digital streaming is highly preferred.
  • High level of comfort with quantitative concepts and proven ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex data sets and communicate findings and recommendations to clients clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating client-facing materials and delivering presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. SQL knowledge is a plus.

A media and advertising background is not necessary. We are changing the video advertising landscape from the ground up. Instead, we look for candidates who have shown they can learn quickly in a new industry.

Compensation

The hiring salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S.
