  • You have a positive attitude, a “get it done” mentality, and the flexibility to pivot between tasks as needed.

Job Requirements - What We Expect from You
  • Proven experience in managing client success teams, including support specialists and automation engineers.
  • Strong ability to develop and enhance success processes using Intercom.
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing client usage and engagement with products.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
The Role - Your Impact at HireBus
  • Manage our client success team composed of support specialists and automation engineers.
  • Develop and enhance success processes using Intercom to support our growing client base.
  • Ensure clients are increasing usage and engagement with the HireBus product.
  • Monitor metrics weekly and implement strategies to always get better.
  • Manage the HireBus client success engine, optimizing processes with new ideas and execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges to enhance client success.
