About the Team

The Rx Growth team at DoorDash is focused on maximizing growth within the 3PD ecosystem & delivering sustainable profits for our restaurant partners. We build 0 → 1 products to give merchants more opportunities to give Cxs what they want, and optimize DoorDash's revenue profile to ensure we're building a sustainable marketplace that allows us to continue to invest into growth for our partners. We're looking for teammates who are able to think strategically across all sides of the marketplace (Consumers, Dashers, Merchants), who aren't afraid of big & ambiguous problems, and who can roll up their sleeves and treat every day like day 1.

About the Role

We're hiring a Manager, Strategy & Operations - Rx Growth to lead marketplace growth bets and unlock efficiencies across all sides of the marketplace. You will report into our Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, on our Rx Growth team in our US Marketplace organization. This role will have the option to be remote but must live near one of our office hubs in NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, or Chicago.

  • Bring new products & strategies to market, integrating net new value propositions into our restaurant ecosystem
  • Become an expert on how to run a sustainable marketplace business, and what it takes to create value for all sides

We're excited about you because…

  • You have 6+ years of experience in a problem solving role - Consulting, Tech, Banking, Analytics preferred
  • You have a BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, business, etc.)
  • You know your way around complex financial or operational models (specifically in Excel or Google Sheets)
  • You have a strong history of data analysis – including experience with pulling your own data via SQL and/or open to learning
  • Experience with stakeholder management across diverse audiences, from front-line doers to senior executives
  • You have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

California Pay Range:

$136,000—$214,800 USD

New York Pay Range:

$143,200—$214,800 USD
