Salary range $70k-$95k
Responsible for managing the strategic direction and execution of Transcat Calibration Services Marketing Communications initiatives in alignment with sales strategy to grow brand awareness, nurture leads, and increase market presence. The Calibration Services Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Transcat brand presence in highly technical markets. The ideal candidate will be an organized and driven individual, a strategic thinker, and a team player who understands how to identify market opportunities and establish long-term strategy.
Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive Transcat Calibration Services communications strategy through email, website, point-of-sale materials, advertising, and additional marketing channels
Collaborate with Transcat Calibration Services team to align initiatives, identify opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and drive lead nurturing alongside sales efforts
Execute post-implementation analysis on performance of marketing activities and optimize campaigns accordingly
Perform research on industry trends, mine customer feedback, and interview subject matter experts within the organization to further develop Transcat Calibration Services communications strategies and drive initiatives
Collaborate with content specialists to deploy various dedicated email campaigns, including marketing automation campaigns and customer-segmented campaigns. Analyze trends in email performance and adjust strategy
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to drive Transcat Calibration Services SEO strategy; direct the creation of website content and optimization of existing content through content specialists
Ensure training and development plans are in place and communicated to employees to drive performance improvement and career progression
Complete and deliver accurate, thorough, and prescriptive employee performance reviews on the required timeline

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Robust understanding of Marketing Communications and experience driving high-level strategy in accordance with company growth objectives
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills to clearly articulate complex messages to a variety of audiences
Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills required
Experience working with marketing communication platforms, including Hubspot, DotDigital, Hootsuite, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
Knowledge of SEO strategy and website best practices preferred
Education and Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications; B2B experience a plus
Experience managing direct reports
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
