The North America Stores Events Marketing team is looking for a customer-obsessed Marketing Specialist with strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in support of our go-to-market strategy for Holiday, the single greatest customer-facing marketing event for NASM.
This role will support merchandising and core product marketing strategies onsite during Holiday. This role will also implement best practices across marketing operations and support the measurement and analysis of the Holiday event.
As an ideal candidate, you are able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, be detail oriented and customer obsessed, and have a proven track record of building and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will also be able to identify dependencies impacting merchandising-related success and identify recommend solutions (e.g., process enhancements, elimination, resources, re-prioritization) to your stakeholders.

The newly developed NAS Marketing & Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting-edge tools for marketers.
Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate onsite merchandising for Holiday
- Create processes and mechanisms to ensure quality execution of onsite merchandising strategy; manage issues and ensure timely updates are completed
- Ensure vendor COOP commitments are accurately represented onsite; manage in-season requests for inclusion/support
- Lead in-event 'reactionary' and trending content; coordinate product curation and necessary creative assets
- Conduct analysis of event performance and partner with Product Marketing Managers on optimization
- Manage inputs and updates for pre-launch planning updates and communication (flash emails, wiki)

- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
