This role is part of library, store and management of digital assets. This team services out physical assets such as: tapes and films. Important to be organized and know how to prioritize
Detail oriented

Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Adobe, Outlook Basic
Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills
Knowledge of Digital asset file types and delivery methods- Video, Audio, Text
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Sheets
Customer service background
Great research ability
Well organized
Detailed oriented
Strong written communication skills
Time-management ability
Great problem-solver
Ability to work in a team
Strong ability to multi-task under pressure
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior library or physical asset experience preferred but not necessary
Google sheets experience is nice to have
Library experience a plus knowledge of inventory assets
Library Servicing team is currently swamped with requests.
Team has recently taken on additional work including
Studio Marketing Screener and Clip requests from Distribution Ops teams.
The person in this role will directly support these workflows.
