Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Meeting Event Manager at Avlis International, Inc. The Meeting Event Manager will be responsible for planning and managing meetings and events, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and event planning. The role is not limited to the San Diego Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
Meeting Planning, Event Planning, and Budgeting skills
Experience in customer service and contract negotiation
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field plus but not required.
