Role Overview

As a Multifamily Senior Asset Manager with us, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our portfolio. You'll collaborate with a talented team to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives that drive performance and innovation.

What You'll Do

Advise our team on strategies that align with our portfolio's vision and objectives.

Monitor and report on portfolio progress, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Evaluate and manage risks associated with our assets, ensuring governance and controls are robustly maintained.

Experience

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 6 years in multifamily real estate, ideally in asset management or a related field.

Ability to independently assess and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Experience with loan management and a solid grasp of financial analysis tools, including Excel.

Skills

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build networks.

Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively, resolving conflicts and facilitating productive meetings.

Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an engaging manner.
