THE OPPORTUNITY

At Orora Visual our Account Executive team is focused on growing revenue by gaining new business within the retail, restaurant, hospitality, event space and beyond – any industry that has a visual communication mechanism, we have a print solution for them. This role could call on the owner of a small business up to the C-Suite of a Fortune 500 company. The Account Executive will also nurture, maintain and expand product adoption within the accounts they gain. Our team is based remotely, however does enjoy opportunities to travel to engage with customers (10% of the time on average, more if you desire – we are flexible).


DAY-TO-DAY

  • Increases revenue and profitability through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.
  • Develops sales plans to grow sales and profitability within accounts.
  • Generates new leads by networking, cold calling, and researching various directories and internet sites.
  • Latitude to independently negotiate pricing and value-added services based on quoting configurations.
  • Prepares periodic reports for management, identifying successful sales activities, sales trends, special account information or issues and any follow-up action required.
  • Tracks market trends and develop competitive insights to be shared among the business unit.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Strong computer and organizational skills; ability to use and create customer presentations

· Minimum 5+ years experience prospecting for and managing existing customers for companies varying in size from SMB up to Corporations; with a preference for candidate’s with experience calling on Fortune 500 retail companies at the corporate level

· Excellent communication skills; internal and external

· Knowledge of print marketing or other similar industry preferred, not required

· Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
