Large, busy practice with a great anesthesia team who work in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefit package along with a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team!
Cases include: General Surgery, Vascular, Ortho, Podiatry, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Breast Reconstruction, Urology, IR/cath lab. No cardiac, OB.
Beeper call from home only. Rarely called back in.
Generous compensation package:
Base salary: $445k
Incentive Bonus: $20k
Sign-on Bonus: $75k
PTO: 8 weeks
