Your Toolkit
Mastery of Google Workspace and associated apps
Deep understanding of Apple OS X and Microsoft Windows environments
Expertise in Ubiquiti mesh Wi-Fi and Unifi Network Controller
Proficiency in firewall configuration (Sophos UTM a plus)
Solid experience with network infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance (fiber optics, switches, etc.)
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
