We are currently looking for an OnBoard Executive who is responsible for carrying out all logistic-related processes in regards to purchases made by our Clients. This is a remote position for our US-based office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the sending and arrival of the purchased equipments and products.
• Upload the purchase in our internal systems and follow up throughout the delivery.
• Manage the logistic of the whole process (reception of our product and further installation).
• Arrange the sending of the product (packaging and sending fees, platform, etc.)
• Keep our Clients informed of the status of their purchase.
• Mediate between our Sales Dpt. and our Clients to ensure the delivery of our product is carried out successfully.
• Ensure that all legal exporting procedures are completed in a compliant fashion to avoid delays and extra costs.
  
  
  

We're looking for an individual who is specialized in foreign trade and can guarantee that all steps of the process are completed. The successful candidate is an efficient, quick-thinking, organized, planning, detail-oriented and meticuluous individual who can foresee issues and work around them before obstacles stop or delay the process.

We want an individual with 3 to 5 years in similar positions and has graduated in foreign trade or similar fields.
