As an Online Chat Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking support and information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management to improve products and services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service representatives and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or online chat support role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using chat software, CRM systems, and other customer service tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and providing a positive experience.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
