Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to settlement/trial
Draft family law legal documents
Ensure all deadlines are met
Organize files
Prepare documents for court
Support attorneys during hearings, depos, and trial
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years (ideally 5) of experience in family law litigation
Paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred
Superior time management skills
Excellent writing and language abilities
Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and California State Court rules and procedures
Competence in investigating, documenting, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Ability to generate trust and build relationships with coworkers and clients
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism to protect the privacy of clients
